Terms of Sale & Legal Policies
These terms govern all transactions with 80 Percentframes Gun Shop, a Minnesota-based retailer specializing in firearms components, tactical gear, and build kits. By purchasing any item—from a Polymer80 PF940c frame to a complete AR-15 upper—you agree to these conditions.
1. Eligibility & Compliance
All customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase ammunition, parts, or accessories. Firearm receivers (including 80% lower receivers) and complete firearms require the purchaser to be 21+. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, ownership, and assembly of firearms and components. This includes regulations specific to Minnesota and your jurisdiction regarding items like striker-fired pistol frames, pistol triggers, and home defense shotguns.
2. Product Descriptions & FFL Transfers
Product listings, including those for Polymer80 Glock 19 frames, AR-15 parts, and tactical gear, are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Serialized firearms and receivers (frames) require shipment to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice. Upon checkout for these items, you must provide your selected FFL’s information. The FFL will conduct the mandatory background check before transferring the item to you. We cannot ship firearms or receivers directly to your door.
3. Order Processing, Payment, & Shipping
Orders are processed upon payment authorization. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Shipping is restricted to the 50 United States. Due to regulations, certain items like magazines may have capacity restrictions for specific states. All firearm-related parts and tactical backpacks are shipped discretely. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Returns, Warranty, & Liability
Returns & Exchanges: Unused, unassembled items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee. Ammunition, custom-built uppers, and special-order gun deals are final sale. For defective items, contact us immediately.
Warranty: Most manufacturers’ warranties apply. We facilitate warranty claims for products like red dot sights and pistol triggers.
Liability: Firearms building carries inherent risk. By purchasing an 80% lower receiver or parts kit and following guides on how to build a Glock or AR-15, you assume all responsibility for the safe and legal manufacture of a functional firearm. We are not liable for improper assembly, modification, or use of any product sold.
5. Restrictions & Prohibited Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Sales are void where prohibited by law. It is illegal to purchase a firearm or receiver for another person who is prohibited from owning one (a “straw purchase”). We report multiple handgun sales as required by law.
6. Use of Website & Content
Content on this site, including product descriptions and informational articles, is intellectual property. You may not use it for commercial purposes. “Gun shop near me” searches lead you here; we serve customers nationally with compliance as our cornerstone.
7. Policy Changes & Governing Law
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version on our website is binding. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
